TAMKEEN Survey

The project team developed an E-link/platform (Qualtrics), which has been fully completed and tested for several times before launching on the 17th of May. The Qualtrics link helped disseminating the questionnaire of the project (including the self-assessment part) to all participants of the webinar and to other interested members after the webinar. The Qualtrics tool was designed in a way to provide an automatic assessment to participants. The survey allowed us to collect data from 140 academic staff (+%75 are female), who received immediate electronic feedback on the most appropriate level of fellowship that suits their academic and professional profile immediately after completing the self-assessment questionnaire. Prior to data collection phase, the project team received the necessary approvals from the ethics committees at both institutions
