TAMKEEN mentoring for Female academics in Egypt

The self-assessment survey helped the project team to identify the top three female academics who have the potential for the accreditation status on Senior Fellowship and above. In early July, we started the mentoring activity for the identified four female academics, and we reached out to those senior female academics who are interested in the mentoring for PFHEA or SFHEA status. On 6th of July, we had our first group mentoring meeting. Several online mentoring meetings have been conducted  The four female senior academics to be mentored are: Prof Rasha Abd El Aziz Youssef: Professor and Head of Business Information Systems Department, AASTMT; Prof Iman Zaki: Professor of Economics, AASTMT; Prof Ghada El-kot: Assistant President for Strategic Affairs, AASTMT.  

The three candidates are expected to submit their applications for Senior fellowship status by end March 2024.
