Other dissemination activities

On the 11th of February 2023, the project Egyptian team including Prof Rasha Abd El Aziz (PI) and Dr Miran Ismail (CoPI) publicized, disseminated and communicated the project aim, potential, international collaboration and funding source at an International Conference on the United Nations International Day of Women and Girls in Science 2023: Paving the Way for Women Leader in Science ship, with over 150 participants. Participants and audience were AASTMT President, Vice Presidents, Assistant Presidents, Deans, Vice Deans, Head of Departments, and academic together with UN key representatives. Networking was useful and the discussions conducted by the Egyptian PI and Co-PI during coffee breaks with other participants were of great value.

On the 1st of March 2023, the Egyptian team including Prof Rasha Abd El Aziz and Dr Nourhan Hamdy (PI and Co-PI) participated in an International Conference on Digital Competences for All, where the PI has managed to disseminate the current situation in the Egyptian context, the calling need for gender equality, especially in higher education leadership, highlighted the project activities and communicated the type of collaboration and funding source with over 300 participants. Participants and audience were AASTMT President, Vice Presidents, Assistant Presidents, Deans, Vice Deans, Head of Departments, academic staff and students, together with key representatives from Poland and Cyprus such as Minister of Education and Science, ECCC Chairman of Board, and academics. The presentation was impactful, and we received very positive feedback and engagement after the session.
